My practice focuses on real estate, probate and estate planning. I represent individuals, families, investors, and small businesses throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

My office regularly handles Real Estate transactions, including purchase and sales agreements, closings, title review, escrow matters, lender representation, and complex property disputes.

In Probate court, my office assist executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries with estate administration, fiduciary matters, creditor claims, and contested proceedings. I also represent clients in related litigation, including undue influence claims, breach of fiduciary duty, and real property conflicts.

Estate planning is essential to help individuals and families create clear, effective plans to protect their assets and ensure their wishes are carried out. Our services include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives, as well as planning to minimize probate and protect beneficiaries. Background: I graduated from Colby College in Waterville, ME with a major in Government. I received my law degree from Fordham University School of Law in New York City. There were two very different campuses but both were great experiences for study and creating relationships.

I am originally from Walpole, Massachusetts (outside of Boston) where most of my family still lives. I moved to Westerly, Rhode Island from New York City in 2016 to marry my wife, Sage. The decision was simple and the result was a growing family of 3 boys and a law practice. As a family, we enjoy traveling, the beach and supporting local businesses.
